My wife being disabled was not able to view the bedding on the first floor mezzanine at the Chandlersford Store as no facility or lift was available there.

During out visit to Dreams in Chandlersford we were assisted by a gentleman named Steve. His understanding of our specific requirements and his excellent knowledge of store products and advising us of all our avaliable options was first class. We were allowed to try the many mattress's and Steve was always on hand to answer any questions. We were even offered a cup of tea. The store was very clean and tidy and for the first time in a long time I enjoyed shopping in a store. 5 star and well done Steve.

We were given plenty of time to decide and we were given a lot of information. Harriet was very friendly and welcoming.

Katie explained your products that were available very specifically. She helped reassure us of the product we needed. Buying a bed not easy as so many different products available but Katie understood our needs. Would certainly recommend you to friends
