Katie was extremely friendly Katie was very knowledgeable on products and I feel I got the best deal for my requirements. Katie was an excellent communicator.

The lady showing us around (Harriet) took time to understand our needs, and then was able to show us those products that were closest to them. She knew her stuff and showed three or four mattresses that she felt would meet our needs. She was very helpful, not at all pusy, gave us time to decide and we were only too happy to make a purchase.
