We were greeted by Katie not having a clue what we wanted apart from a new mattress. Katie was brilliant giving us options on what to go for after having the lay down test. We narrowed it down to 2 mattresses and when Katie could see we couldn't decide she went away giving us lots of time and patience for my partner and I to repeatedly test the mattresses out. Katie could also see we loved the memory foam pillows she had given us to try on the bed and informed us there was a sale so we walked out with two memory foam pillows. Katie's customer service was brilliant and we have already recommended to friends and family to go to you. The covid restrictions you had in place were really good too and I felt safe through my whole experience. Thank you
