There was ample parking right outside the store. I was welcomed by a friendly, cheerful polite young man. He was happy to help, explained the sleep match machine and then showed me the recommendations with no pressure selling and was patient whilst I tried them all.

Our experience was great, the staff were accommodating and very helpful. James went through all the ins and outs of the various mattresses, giving us the time to try them out and identify the one that was right for us. The explanation of the Warranty's and Guarantees was good and the overall feel of the experience was positive. Thank you.

We were not pressurised at all and given plenty of time to choose our new mattress and divan.

Nicki was extremely helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable & really listened to what I was looking for & so was able to provide me with good options. She was very friendly, highly professional & made me feel that I was making an informed purchase. The store was clean & I felt very comfortable with regard to Covid precautions. I would highly recommend the Dreams store I visited.

Nicola was very attentive and helpful. She took time to show us different beds in our price range and explained each one in great detail. We did not feel pressured whatsoever.

Myself and my partner went in looking for a new king mattress as we had gotten rid of ours due to wear and tear, we were quickly attended to by jack in the Eastleigh store, he was very knowledgeable, and spent a fair amount of time showing us the many types of beds and mattresses available, took us to the mattress tester machine and it sooner tested that we would be better off with a firmer mattress, so we were taken around to try out the various firm mattresses and liked the mattress with the latex material as it helps if you’re prone to overheating.

We were really happy with the way we were treated helpful but not pushy
