We were greeted first by one salesperson who helpfully intordiced herded and showed us exactly where in store to look for the products we wanted and advised on mattresses too. The store became busier and she passed us to her colleague Harriet who finished off our time in store by assisting with placing the order for our chosen frame and then helping us to choose a mattress with the sleep computer. She was friendly and helpful and was more than obliging given we had a 16 month old trying to run around the store.
