from the time we went into the shop we were met with a lovely smile from the assistant and they could not do enough for you which was great. they helped with all our needs on buying a mattress.

Very attentive service from the colleague who attended us. Thorough product knowledge and gave very good advice on all of the different Mattresses available. Gave all of the information to make an informed decision. No pressure on which products to buy. quick delivery dates available and able to split cost between upfront payment and interest free payments.

we had tried without much success to choose a new mattress without staff help. We were encouraged to try the bed machine, and the sales assistant Nicky (025) was really helpful, not pushy and tried to find us the best deals within the recommended mattresses (even tried to help save me some money on pillows)
