On order - requested that bed put together but not on drivers record. Automated text message which confused delivery time. Headboard damaged and now have to wait in at weekend to replace. On previous order incorrect number given twice and wrong details of loan company - despite me queries it and made to feel stupid - perhaps a manager would like to get in contact with myself.

do not understand this question I was very satisfied with everything at Dreams especially the member of staff who helped me, as I have recently been bereaved.

As our bed was coming from the manufacturer,on a separate delivery to the mattress and headboard which comes from the store, we were told to phone the store when the manufacturer contacted us about the bed delivery so that the store could deliver at the same time. The store have not been able to deliver for a further ten days, after bed delivery. We have to house the extra bed and there is no option for us to collect the mattress and headboard from the store as it seems these have not been ordered to come in ready to coincide with the bed delivery. All in all it is unacceptable. We are spending £5000 and the delivery service is poor. Why can't we have it all at the same time? Why were we led to believe delivery would coincide when in fact it doesn't? The bed quality might be great but the after sales service is not. We won't recommend Dreams because of this.

We're not told that dreams charge £39 for delivery. Was only when got home realised that charge was added to total. Went back to shop and basically had to argue with manager to get situation resolved ....for now. Female staff that sold us the bed never told us we will be charged and actually admitted that she did not do this. In end through much conversation with manager that had unprofessional attitude he agreed to give us free delivery but would not refund the £39 then and there. Even though we payed cash less than hour ago!!! Still waiting for customer services to telephone me and refund me via my bank card (only way he would agree). The whole experience has put me and others (friends family) off ever shopping at dreams. Took long time for dreams computers to work too and lost order several times! Ring me and refund me what I am owed! What was slyly added on! £39 for delivery is a gross amount to charge!

I was told by the assistant that I may cancel or amend my order within 48 hours but when I tried to cancel was then told I could only amend.
