I was rushed in the store and the price I paid, I later found cheaper on your website. The store has agreed to refund the difference

The shop assistant was not really interested. Didn't give eye contact. Wrong postcode recorded which changed delivery address. I was told I had to go into store to change it. I live over an hour away and work full time. I then couldn't cancel the order.

First time I been to Dreams in Eastleigh, after shopping around for a new mattress I found this store the most helpful one for my needs.in explaining all your products. 10/10
