Everyone was helpful but after sales attitude not good. I bought a mattress and cover for my grandson as he was moving into a new house on the Saturday night. I told my daughter if there were any problems they would take it back. She rang Sunday morning today it was the wrong size for his bed and therefore not suitable. And wanted to take it back. She was told that it could be exchanged no money back and it was second hand! As I purchased it in good faith I thought they would not treat her like that. If it was not fit for purpose it should be returned and money back but apparently this is not the case. I also purchased the guarantee for ,8 years which gave me the mattress protector to use on the bed. After one nights use this is coming apart at the seams and is also not fit for purpose but it would appear that I probably cannot take that back and cancel everything either. So I am going to be £134 out of pocket with something my daughter cannot use!

The item was in the sale and I had checked the price on the internet before I went to the store £229. The salesman quoted £300 and something to me and then had to check on the screen ins-store and amend his quote to £229 to match the on-line price. This gives me an uneasy feeling that had I not previously checked the price I would have been ripped off! Your store prices should match your website prices.

Don't understand your question I have not said I was not satisfied with our experience. I would not say I was satisfied with the value for money or quality of product as it is TOO early to say as it has only just been delivered.

The extra cost of delivery and disposal was not welcome. I believe there is enough in the order to offer these services as part of the overall price and not add on these items disappointingly at the end.

Sale man was ok but when asked for assembly he told us ,there should not be a problem . there would be only 8 pieces in total & one man can do but when we got delivery the delivery man said there more than 200 pieces so we were in shock & they asked help in assembling so eventually they assembled for us & we paid obviously for their hard work but sale man lied & we don't recommend to any one Dreams as if we face trouble why we let other face the same trouble. Thank you.

The Camden range wasnt available at local stores so we had to phone 6 stores and then drive an hour away. This store only had some of the range in stock for us to see. The cost/quality of the products are good, but despite buying 7 items (over £1700), we werent initially awarded any special discounts. We had the 3 for 2 offer, and requested if we could group the 3 most expensive and the 3 least expensive together. Our salesperson initially told us that if he did this he would be penalised and lose his job. After we stalled for a while, he then returned with a new offer - the one we had just suggested (but acting as if it was his idea). Our salesperson spent time showing us the mattress choices and explaining them to us. We found one we liked and asked to see similar ones in the same price range. He asked if our price range would stretch £100 upwards. We said yes, and he then showed us mattress that were £300 more! There were very few options at our price range (~£500). Overall did not leave feeling like Dreams had wanted to do their best for us. Rather that they were trying to do the best for themselves and see the maximum amount of money they could get from us.

Prices are high I have found similar products cheaper The pillows were expensive and not good I have gone back to my old pillows. 3weeks later still not received anything apart from the pillows we bought

The bed should have had a 20% discount applied which would have resulted in the overall price being £1081.95 however I have been charged £1134.95 which is an overcharge of £53. Please could you check my bill and re-imburse me the £53. Thank You.

Shop staff were great. Delivery drivers were great. But the wrong product was delivered - ordered a king size mattress and they delivered a double size. Only realised this in the evening when I had time to clear the bed, take off the old mattress and fit the new one. Rung the store who directed me to the help line number. The help line couldn't have been less interested in sorting the problem promptly - it seems I had to wait for the delivery van to come my way again in a week's time, meanwhile I have the unwanted mattress taking up half my hall way. I done some moaning and got the redelivery brought forward a few days - but after spending a great deal of money on a new mattress, Dreams should have been falling over themselves to correct *their* problem.

Quality of the product purchased was very poor. Not me of the 4 drawers would run freely on the runners. The quality of the divan build was very poor as the wood was very poor quality I.E. packing case wood. I am awaiting a replacement divan.
