The choice of colours for the main bed frame was limited to grey or beige on nearly everything.

Whilst we had a sales person ask if we needed help quite quickly, she gave the impression that she didnt really want to be there and did not come across as particularly friendly (even my 12 year old commented that she seemed grumpy). Also, the delivery time was longer than I had hoped for and ended up having to pay for Saturday delivery as this was the earliest we could get the delivery.

Sales person was pushy & did not explain fully the extended warranty which was sold (& has since been refunded)

Whilst the manager was bright and helpful during the sale he was rather aggressive and negative when I returned a pillow for being unsuitable for my use. His first reaction was we can’t take pillows back. Which was incorrect and I knew that from your literature. It was not a helpful attitude. This change of attitude was quite marked.

After ordering one of the best products of the store, we never got the chance to try it. sadly the package were too big/wide for fitting through our staircase. after the delivery left saying we need to talk to the store. no refunds were possible and being Saturday end of afternoon did not help. on Monday we went back to the store and both the manager and one of the costumers service helped find a solution.

Pricing is appalling. I appreciate that a premium brand comes at a premium price, but to advertise "up to 50% off" and find that the chosen product does not even get 1% discount is very misleading and poor. On top of that to then get charged a £60+ delivery fee is dismal. No stock for rapid delivery (one month wait). Would I come again to the store? depends if I can't find what I want elsewhere. Would I recommend to a friend? probably would say go there last as you won't get any special pricing. Positive side: store was clean. Assistant Dave ? At the Chandlers Ford/eastleigh branch was as helpful as he could be and knew the products.
