I phoned the sales line to enquire about delivery and was told I could arrange delivery to my local store rather than take a day of work and wait for it to be delivered. However when I got to the store I was told they couldn't hold any stock, the only option would be to collect from Andover warehouse (I live near Romsey and was in Chandlers ford store) therefore I opted for a Saturday delivery because I couldn't choose am or pm weekday delivery and have ended up with a delivery date of 19th sept when I ordered it on 16th August

Highly satisfied suggests something extraordinary over and above what you would normally expect. I'm very happy with the service provided which was exactly what I did expect.

The variety of the products are not wide enough. Say for Sealy Mattress that I was aimed at, it only has 4 models in the showroom.

did not take on board that there was no cooling off period if you changed your mind once the contract had been signed, something I find very strange in this day and age.

Staff were unwrapping beds when we first arrived although did say hello did not offer help initially.

The bed we bought was half firm and half medium and we didn't realize it at the time. It was a display item at a reduced price but it would have been nice if this had been pointed out.

Delivery costs were not mentioned until I went to pay and added another 10% to the cost of my mattress
