going bed shopping is not exactly exhilarating and it was a satisfactory and successful visit.

Shopping at dreams today was a very positive experience, we were served by Natasha who helped us find a great mattress, divan and headboard in the perfect colour. The only reason for scoring slightly lower is that we spent a significant amount of money and a limited discount was available. If anything, we think the bed is too good for our dog!

Would have expected the delivery cost to be included - 99% of people would require that service, so is ridiculous to price separately. Also, the pillows are just as important as the mattress for a good nights sleep, and these too should be on a 40 night trial in the same way.

No customer lift in the Eastleigh store making it difficult to lift a child buggy to the top floor

After a previous purchase a few months ago, for which I had a problem (missing part), I was told I would get a £50 voucher. I never received this but thought it would have been on record and discount applied to my new purchase. This wasn't done and i was told I had to phone customer services myself - this is still not resolved.

The service was very good. The assistant was very friendly.

Not many mattresses in my price range. Choice limited.

cost of the product very high

Too many staff (yes sounds odd) but it does feel very overwhelming when 4 of 5 members of staff all make moves to approach you!

the sales team were very friendly , could answer all our questions,not too over powering like some stores.we were able to take our time and not too pressured.
