Availability and choice of products, convenience of local store with the option of delivery. We only needed a mattress but would return for a bed.

Dave was extremely friendly but I felt perhaps a little over the top. It might just be personal preference, but I do like polite and friendly but with more expedience, rather than small talk. I appreciate it's a way to get on with most customers, however. I have a huge aversion to velvet, so having that on the pillowcases made the trip difficult. I'd have thought cotton would seem cleaner and be more widely accepted as well as hypoallergenic. We got our mattress half price but I had some difficulty understanding how a spring-only mattress would be higher value than gel or memory foam.

Credit arrangements took some time although no fault of staff.

It was a very busy Sunday afternoon which we hadn't expected and all the assistants were busy. We had quite a wait to be attended to. However when we did get attention the apology and the speed with which we were served made up for the wait. More assistants or someone free from selling that could just give advice would have been good

Felt like the guy helping us was kind of rushing us along... but he was really helpful. My boyfriend thought he was on crack he was talking really fast and had really big eyes LOL !! He was really nice though and even gave us a tip on how to put the bed together!

The price was more expensive than we had hoped but that's ok.

The number of products on display is quite confusing, as it is hard at understand the differences between them.

I just think when you are spending over £600.00 that having to spend another £39.00 on Delivery is abit much and then to be told to take away the old mattress that it would be another £40.00. But the customer service was excellent from the store itself.

We wanted one type of bed and was shown the incorrect colour s for this product , so we had the choose a more expensive bed and ended up spending more than we wanted
