I don't get overexcited about shopping for a mattress.

I was satisfied with the experience but to be 'highly' satisfied would have to walk in, find what I wanted on sale at half price and get it delivered in an hour.

High prices of mattresses, having to wait nearly a month for delivery when you took full payment at order, having to pay delivery on £1500 product......ALL RUBBISH

Because there is always room for improvement

The item I purchased was not at a special sale price

the main issue was the delivery charge and the extra charge for taking the old mattress away I think that free delivery should be offered when spending over a certain amount on a mattress/bed

Oli the salesman was very good but I could tell that he wanted to make a sale that day. But back backs mean you have to test things out and visit other stores. Oli was a little disappointed when we left after the first visit. Obviously we came back after checking out another bed shop.

I was pleased with the service.

Only exceptional circumstances would make me select highly satisfied ratings. It's nothing personal and Ollie was a great help to us but that's just how I rate.
