The Staff Olie and Nicky were so freind and helpful, working out exactly what we wanted a although we spent more than we really wanted we can't wait until the delivery date to experience the new bed. thank you to all the staff at your Eastleigh store.

Would have been nice to have had the cool pillows available instead of having to come back for them a few days later. Would be nice to choose delivery time in advance too.

I entered the store knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase so there really was no need for the sale representative to show my around the showroom. The cup of tea whilst we went through the order was a very nice gesture. The customer service was very good but as I did not need to use the salespersons expertise I felt it was fair to rate satisfied.

Would have liked to have been informed that there was a free basic delivery option available if we had ordered on line. I did not discover this until later.

Could of been cheaper. Could of been more variety.

Disappointed with the time we have to wait for our mattress to be delivered.

We were disappointed in having to pay a delivery charge of £39 & we then purchased 2 tempur pillows at a cost of £174 & the staff weren't interested in giving any discount.

Great customer service and I felt comfortable trying the beds. I ended up paying a lot more than I had hoped but I am hoping for more comfortable nights in the future. The price is the only reason I might not recommend you to family and friends as quite a few could just not afford it.

I would be highly satisfied if I received more than I expected. In fact I received more or less what I expected which is perfectly ok but not exceptional.

I would have expected prices to include delivery charge on your website and less delivery time.
