Although I verbally spelt out the name of our house, 'David' unfortunately turned 'Firlawn' into 'Firlond' on the invoice. The item (Tempur Sensation De Luxe 22 K mattress) was purchased on Monday January 2nd. The instore price quoted to us was £1699.00 (a saving of £50.00) - however, the price on the Dreams website is £1649 (a saving of £100.00). On Saturday 7th January, I sent 'Dreams' two separate emails, one relating to the incorrect address on the invoice - and the second regarding the price difference....and apparent overpayment of £50.00. I have not received any communication from 'Dreams' customer service regarding either email. I would appreciate the repayment of the £50.00 asap.

Our order confirmation stated assembly was not selected however the product stated assembly included as standard. It took an extra contact with support team to confirm that the product would be assembled when delivered.

We happily placed an order but would like to change the size of one of the beds. I have tried contacting the store directly, left a message yesterday am but nobody has returned my call. Also emailed twice now, again no reply. Surely somebody could contact us within this space of time.

The assistance was good, when they remembered to come back to us! Generally, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

in all walks of life there is always room for improvement. If I was highly satisfied, this would imply perfection, which unfortunately, is very rarely met. Staff were friendly and helpful, not pushy (which is always good). But generally, I never give top marks for the reasons stated above - unless someone goes above and beyond, which didnt happen on this occasion

The overall experience was very professional. We were even asked if we wanted a coffee or tea. The salesman explained what they had in stock . as we explained that the purchase was a stop gap till next year when we will be buying a double bed for our daughter.
