Dreams - Eastleigh

I went to buy a mattress for my adult son who has learning difficulties. We were immediately asked if we needed assistance from a lovely lady called Katie. She was absolutely brilliant with Christopher and explained everything very simply and clearly - I actually thought she would be excellent working with adults with special needs! She was extremely patient with Christopher and tried to answer some of his 'unusual' questions as best she could. He was very happy with the mattress of choice. Overall an excellent experience for Christopher ... and me!

The member of staff that assisted us was professional, knowledgeable,polite and friendly.we felt really at ease and looked after.we have bought from Dreams in the past and this was our first visit out of three possible stores whilst looking to buy a mattress.However we decided that what we were looking for was there in Dreams and therefore we bought accordingly.The sleep expert (and he really was)who served us is 025-Rob

Before our visit we expected to have to fight off pressure selling. This could not have been further from the truth. We were given all the time we needed with no pressure at all.

Friendly and knowledge staff spent time with us but also allowed us time to browse. Appears to beca good price reduction

Rob the employee that helped my son and I was extremely kind and polite. He did know his job and advice me in such a clear way that I am sure it’s going to help me with the problem in my back and knee. Steve from Eastleigh branch was extremely helpful and ended up selling us the tempur cloud along with pillows, protector and extra damage protection.

Store was very clean and tidy, everyone that I seen was wearing a mask and cleaning station availible. The lady who helped me was very accommodating with what I was looking for. Very friendly staff.

Excellent service by knowledgeable and friendly sales assistant. She gave very good information to help us find the mattress that was right for us.

We were looked after by the store Manager, Rob. He took us through a comprehensive process to understand our requirements and worked with us to find the ideal bed and mattress.
