IT WAS GOOD IN GENERAL BUT IN THE SMALL DETAIL DREAMS HAD FAILED. IT NEED TO SHOW MORE VARIETY AND BE A BIT MORE LISTENING THAN TALKING. MY EMAIL ADDRESS WAS SPELLED WRONG AND I WAS NOT ASK TO CONFIRM, BECAUSE OF THAT THE SISTEM DONT HAVE MY CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS AND I WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY INFORMATION RELATED. Dont like waiting a month for new bed. It is the first bed i have bought new myself after my son broken his, he is getting mine which was an old bed of my parents as have previous bed been, so would have prefered a much shorter lead time. Feel like stepping back in time.

Showroom at Eastleigh was tired-looking and not as presentable as other big bed retailers - makes it look cheaper.

I was genuinely satisfied. Katie was very helpful and clearly knowledges about the products. She offered drinks and assistance but equally wasn't overly enthusiastic. Our visit would've been even better had we felt more valued for our straight forward custom. Incentives for customers are always an added bonus; free pillows, free mattress cover, a discount ... Particularly when spending a large amount (not on credit) and purchasing three separate mattresses. Of course some beds came with such and we ourselves are not good at asking for freebies but it's always a nice surprise to have something thrown in. We didn't require too much input so it was almost definitely the easiest commission made in store yesterday so this could have been recognised. The delivery time is almost a month away which was slightly disappointing and probably the reason I didn't rate highly overall. I would certainly recommend friends and family use dreams so it hasn't skewed my opinion.

The salesman talked rather quickly an we seemed to be rushed from mattress to mattress from one end of the showroom to the other & it became very confusing as to which one we liked best.

disparity between subject knowledge of store manager and sales staff. Overhearing information given to customers by sales manager was of greater depth and more informed.
