the experience was really good, the store in Eastleigh just looks quite tired and taty. there wasn't a very big selection of mattresses

I felt I was being offered a more highly priced product than I wanted. Once I said I was on a budget then this ceased.

Our sales assistant Katie was extremely helpful, as was the store manager. The reason we are not 'highly satisfied' with the overall service is that that we are, as yet, undecided about our Tempur Cloud 22 mattress purchase. The memory foam feel is quite different to a pocket sprung mattress and having since read the mixed reviews of Tempur mattresses, we are left wondering if we were 'steered' a little towards purchasing this high priced item. We feel like we made our decision in a bit of a rush and perhaps a Flaxby pocket sprung mattress or an M-Line hybrid might've been better for us. The shopping experience felt positive at the time, but in retrospect we can see how the sales team might have 'pushed' us towards purchasing one of the most expensive mattresses in the store. After all, the Comfort exchange scheme will not refund the difference if we exchange for a cheaper mattress. We are delighted with the quality of the Dreams ottoman base, but if we do decide to request an exchange of the mattress we are hoping that it will be a hassle free, easy process. Otherwise we may be left with a feeling that we have 'purchased in haste and must 'repent at leisure'.

Im just not a person to rate something fully as i went in knowing what i wanted and knowing what i was spending.i was satisfied with my visit.

Some elements of the store, customer service, availability of more staff, price promise, discounts etc could have been better. This is why I am not Highly satisfied but just about satisfied with my purchase and all aspects of the store, products, staff etc.

It is almost impossible to be highly satisfied with any transaction.This is not to say that your representative was not truly professional in his dealings with us.We have yet to try out the product. So far we think satisfied, is a fair assessment.
