Obviously if I'd got more money off I would have been highly satisfied but on a whole the assistant was professional and made us feel at ease.

I took your Tempur CoolTouch Challenge which was fine. We are not ready to change our existing mattresses yet. I then bought Headboard and was given the code leaflet to receive my free tempur travel pillow. I tried to put the code in as intructed but it kept saying the page was not found. I then rang the shop in Eastleigh to find out why. Nobody answered so I left a message. After 2 days noone had rung back so I left another message. I was given another code which I entered and went onto the website for the free pillow. I could not find how to obtain the free pillow easily so have given up at the moment but will try again.

The vast array of different mattress types was rather bewildering. Attributes of each matteress type cold have been made clearer using a table, ticklist or other visual guide with prices shown. The overall service was excellent but not particularly outstanding when compared to other outlets. Having said that, your colleague's service certainly was helpful, attentive and enthusiastic

The bed we wanted was not in the store we visited, but the assistant was very quick to find it and deal with our purchace very efficentley

The staff were brilliant and very helpful, however my wife is disabled and could not access your upstairs showroom. As we only wanted a foldaway bed the staff were able to carry one downstairs to show her, but this is far from ideal and wouldnt be possible with larger items.This is such a shame because the very positive staff experience was negated by the non existant disability access. The showroom we visited was Eastleigh.
