Dreams - Eastleigh

Repeatedly approached by multiple (in fact i believe all the colleagues at the store) asking if we needed assistance, needed a pillow, needed coffee, etc, etc. All despite being very ably assisted by a different colleague that was allowing us to try products based on his advice and was allowing us some thinking time.

I mark tough!! and expect a lot!

Need to give out fresh cookies and high end coffee whilst purchasing items. Then I would be highly satisfied lol

Friendly helpful staff at hedge end branch where we bought item, just shame that every branch we went to showed the same or less of the identical range of items so we could see all we wanted.

Not enough of the product i wanted available on display. More to do with me being fussy over style and price.

When spending money I'm never happy

You are mistaken with this question ; I did not experience a problem as answered in last question

Although the assistant was very helpful it would have been nice to have had some time alone to wonder round and try some beds

I have very high standards therefore highly satisfied would mean practically perfect. Was happy with everything though

Staff were helpful and friendly and had great product knowledge. We spent a couple of hours choosing our bed and we were made to feel welcome the whole time.
