Tempur prices are very high and we had set ourselves a budget (which we exceeded by around 20%- kudos to Steve the salesperson). We have not yet received the bed we ordered so I cannot comment as to if I think this has been money well spent. I left the store £2,000 + lighter and not a terrific feeling that I had got value - If I spend £2,000 on something I normally feel quite elated.

very good customer service but products highly priced. Issue at till with 0% finance deals advertised all over the store but these were not uploaded onto the till, which caused delays with the final transaction.

I was Satisfied as I purchased the products, had I been Not Satisfied then I would not have purchased them. To imply Highly Satisfied has no meaning over being Satisfied.

The store felt cluttered, whilst I realise you have to display stock, you don't want to feel like a bargain basement. Because of this areas felt gloomy (i'd say dark, but it wasn't), maybe the lighting needs upgrading?

The shop obviously has lots of beds on display but not laid out in a way that makes it easy to make a choice .Also the signage on each bed is like a novel .too much of it. that marks it down for me, staffwise they were spot on, friendly and very good on product knowledge,they get top marks

When we entered the store we were a bit nervous, especially my partner. We were greeted by a very friendly man in a red t-shirt, his name was Steve. We told him what we wanted and he answered all of our questions in a patient and friendly manner. Now, my partner gets very nervous in new stores, especially ones with beds in. She especially has a history of being nervous getting into new beds with strange men in attendance. However Steve put her at ease, made her feel comfortable and relaxed. After about 40 minutes, she and I left feeling fulfilled and completely looked after. We will return the store in future, and hopefully Steve will be there again.

You done everything I expected from a shop which sales beds, To be highly Satisfied you would need to do something above and beyond the normal sales pitch Or give me such a great discount its hard not to score a ten.
