Manager was not as friendly as would expect, he did not seem particularly interested in speaking about products and pricing. Sales person was very commission driven even asking me to return at a later date so that he could get the sale.

I called into the store hoping to see the perth sofa bed however there was not one on the shop floor. I spoke to the sales assistant who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I was shown colour swatches and the item online and was able to feel confident enough in the product as described to place an order. I do stress though this product would definitely add to the range of sofa beds on the shop floor and I was a bit disappointed I could not try it before purchasing.

The pricing of the item was a little misleading - this also was the case with the Saleperson - in that it stated a Discount on the item and the price shown did not acknowledge this therefore it was assumed that the discount was to be applied to the 'ticketed item' price. The Salesperson also believed this to be the case but on entering the Order it showed that the discount had already been applied. VERY MISLEADING!!

The experience was fine. UNfortunately the answers available are not enough of a choice to describe the experience. It was between satisfied and high satisfied. It wasn't either but in between.

Admittedly it has been a while since we purchased a mattress but we were not expecting the price of a mattress to be so high at over £1000. We eventually bought one at sale price of £800, which doesn’t strike me as value for money.

Rob (our salesman) was excellent, friendly, informative and not pushy. The only reason for the downgrade was due to major building works going on at the time which made car parking tricky. I am being picky!

We never give top marks as in every situation there will airways room room for improvement. People become complacent if they think they are perfect. Steve was very good and very patient and helpful .I never recommend places as other people have different ideas.
