Mattress not in stock in Eastleigh or Southampton so had to order and wait !

For more than 40 years I have slept very comfortably on mattresses of average weight and thickness. Now it is almost impossible to find one that isn't excessively heavy (to the point where it hurts my back just lifting the corners to change bedding) and/or covered in some sort of squidgy 'topper' that feels like sleeping on a marshmallow and overpriced. The choice available in your and most other bedding shops in this country is very poor.

Some of the pricing wasn’t as straightforward as I would have liked. We were initially told one of the mattresses would be a 3 to 4 week wait for delivery, which nearly meant us making a different decision , but it turns out it was less than a week until delivery.

The delivery was supposed to be during the last well of November ir fuera week of December then i had a phone call were they told me It Will be at the End of December our the middle of January

I think we all should improve the way we do things'. If I said Highly Satisfied this may not happen.

Your prices are so high so I only had two beds to choose from in the sale.

Generally found it difficult to understand the signs and which brand so if i wanted a different bed base which would fit for the bed under the same supplier. I find the choice in bed bases quite limited in term of colour. Layout was quite good but signage could be clearer for what is where like i knew i wanted a firm mattress and the style was to have almost all in one place might be nice to to have a sign directing me there. Staff were very friendly seemed to know adequately all the details I asked. I find dream a good ppace for mattresses but find the price of beds are high. I wish they were more reasonable. Plus find them expensive by nature. It would be nice to have the option of a tv deb without a tv included. Hope this helps.

Would have like a discount on the price. Did not need a free duvet. We also bought two pillows at £120

Delivery on some beds were a little slow.

Salesperson was not as knowledgeable about beds suited for different sleeping positions as I would hope from the UKs leading bed sales company. The Store Manager was not particularly friendly or interested.
