Very pleased with service from when I entered the store to when I left

I was satisfied, no reason for not giving 9 or 8 left room for improvement

You didn’t deliver anything other than I expected to find. The half price sale was as I thought a device to get customers in as it was relevant to only a limited number of products at the cheapest end of the range

The reasons why I was not highly satisfied with the experience at dreams was, Firstly I do not think its right you should reject 18 years olds from the monthly payments all because of the unknown. There are good people out there!! Secondly you are expensive when it comes to removal of the old bedding. I do not believe you should have to pay for the frame and the mattress separately. It should be one price that includes both.

First visit to a different Dreams store than he be we then purchased from was poor. The guy who served us, realised we were not going to buy that day so rushed us out of the shop.

There is always room for improvement … the main reason I didn't put Highly Satisfied is that the manager came over & took over from the sales assistant when it wasn't really necessary and it felt awkward. The sales assistant was doing very well on his own and was extremely helpful and friendly - it wasn't necessary that the manager interfered.

Waited for ages for assistance even though staff knew we were there then we were rushed at buying then told it is an 8 week wait

I would have liked more time and information on other mattresses before making my choice. However, I wished to take advantage of the discount over the Easter weekend so did not really have an option. Perhaps the cards at the foot of the bed should have a few bullet points outlining the features of each one.

Massive Easter discount is utter rubbish, I paid exactly what the book price was. There was no discount, no extras, all a great big lie. Big noise, utterly nothing to show for it. You decide. Total nonsense and hype.

The choice of beds on offer seemed limited and the prices were higher than I had expected to pay. Having discounted Memory Foam, the bed we chose seemed to be our only option, other than choosing the firmness of the mattress. I was not aware of any other 'brands' of bed available. This in no way reflects on the attention we were given by Robert at the Eastleigh Branch, which was excellent
