Dreams - Eastleigh

It would be good to have been left alone for longer to look at the beds.

This is down to two factors. Firstly, I was hoping to replace my current Dreams mattress for a like for like one in a bigger size, but it is no longer available, so I’ve had to go for what your sales advisor thinks is the best alternative. The first mattress I tried (which was apparently the closest match) was way off in terms of similarity, so I’m now a little nervous as to whether my new mattress will keep my back pain at bay as the one I have now has. The only other thing was that the staff were having a very loud staff-based discussion when I arrived in the store and they took quite a while to come and speak to me (which I also heard the discussion around). The store had just opened and there were no other customers, so I’d suggest maybe that could have been quicker.

Whilst I realise that you can't hold every mattress in stock, I hadn't realised it would take 6 weeks to deliver. So that is the only dampener on the visit

Very satisfied with Dreams, Highly satisfied is the wrong word

We hadn’t realised the height of the mattress we initially ordered so returned to the store an hour later to amend the order.

Customer service could have been more in depth, slip hazards on the floor and signage could have been better.

We're told we would get a free mattress protector but we're changed £10 and it was not explained delivery on a Saturday incurred a charge. Only minor things but would've given highly satisfied if this was explained

The sales people were a little too intrusive at times. The prices are high.

Always room for improvement.

There was only 1 choice of faux leather bed frame in the otterman style. The bed frames had been on offer previously & this was not ongoing There was no NHS discount (despite there being discounts for armed forces & students)
