The customer service was amazing. Staff were so helpful and really listened to our reasons for being there. The mattress selector process was brilliant. I just wish we hadn’t bothered to look anywhere else!

Friendly and helpful staff Steve ( Eastleigh) was very patient and knowledgeable. We liked the dream machine to access our needs and requirements in choosing a new mattress

Staff were very friendly and didn't rush me. Allowed to me to ask questions and gave me answers about multiple beds. Also didn't try to push me into the purchase at all.
