Only because it did not stock a good range of Hypnos beds, which were what we were specifically looking for. Also, because it was the sales assistant’s first day back after lockdown and she was in a different store, everything took longer than it might otherwise. However, she was very apologetic and it wasn’t her fault so we didn’t really mind. It didn’t put us off using Dreams again.

We would appreciate more options for mattresses. The trial (machine) bed wasn’t that accurate. But that’s fine as people will not spend whole day to choose just 1 mattress, which is good, but that’s why trial bed should be more accurate 👍
