the staff were lovely, couldn't have been more helpful and approachable. they did everything they could to solve any issues and to help us make the right purchase. The computer system had crashed so I was told to go away while they solved it and they would call me back. They called me back the next day and told me i would need to come in again. I did and we waited around for over half an hour to be told it still could not be solved and told to come back again! In the end they resolved it (they worked really hard to do this, and it wasnt their fault) but to keep coming back to the shop was a bit of a hassle because of a computer error

Our visit to order the bed was excellent but visits prior to that when we were deciding which bed to purchase weren’t the same. We want to be able to visit a store and have a look around by ourselves and whilst it’s nice to be welcomed into store, what we find extremely uncomfortable is being followed around by sales staff talking about products we are looking at. If I want advice on something I’m quite mature enough to ask. Your training appears to expect your staff to go for the hard sell as soon as they enter the store which is counter productive and makes us feel extremely uncomfortable
