Member of staff very personable, but needed to refer to the manager several times. I ordered a base and mattress and wanted a headboard, but the headboard will not be available to deliver and fit with the bed. I am elderly and would struggle to fit it myself, so I’m stuck with my old one.

the staff were lovely, couldn't have been more helpful and approachable. they did everything they could to solve any issues and to help us make the right purchase. The computer system had crashed so I was told to go away while they solved it and they would call me back. They called me back the next day and told me i would need to come in again. I did and we waited around for over half an hour to be told it still could not be solved and told to come back again! In the end they resolved it (they worked really hard to do this, and it wasnt their fault) but to keep coming back to the shop was a bit of a hassle because of a computer error
