It takes a lot to highly satisfy me!! And buying a bed at over inflated prices just doesn’t satisfy me!! The service was great that’s it!!

Could not see the items required in this store. Single beds seem to be out of fashion or not many people want that size.

I was satisfied with the products and the assistance provided was excellent.

The overall experience was good however this was the first time in many years that I had purchased a new bed so felt a bit out of my depth and overwhelmed with regard to choice. The initial mattress type, base and headboard that I was offered came in at something over £800.00 but when I inquired about and sampled a similar mattress it brought the price down by some £200.00. So maybe just more choice on pricing and the difference it makes to the quality of the product so that people can make a better informed decision.

My only criticism for my visit was that I booked an appointment, but when we arrived we just seemed to have to hang around for someone to be free to meet with us. There was no way to “checkin” and at no point did anyone ask if we had an appointment or were just walk-ins. There was no indication that having an appointment would make any difference if the store was busy.
