Dreams - Eastleigh

We had a fantastic trip at Dreams, we were considering buying a bed but was unsure and Katie helped us pick the right one for us offering us the flexibility we were after, she was bubbly, good humoured, friendly and knowledgable about her products. Overall she was just the person one would would like to deal with when making an important decision such as buying a mattress. We have come away happy knowing that we have made the right decision, but with the piece of mind that if we haven't, we can get things rectified easily.

Staff friendly, mattress was quality. Bit pricey so I hope it lasts.

Needed a mattress and got one I wanted at the price I expected.

Rob was very helpful I haven't brought a bed in years but my husband passed away a month ago we lived in tenerife so had to purchase new bed which I thought would be difcult but he made it easy even made us a cup of tea just waiting for it to be delivered xx

The assistant " Ollie " was very carving and helpful with helping me with choosing my purchase of a single bed.I also baught bedding which he pointed out was on sale wich was a bonus.

Because the assistant Katie in the Chandlers Ford branch I shopped in was extremely friendly and professional

A few things were not explained properly but clarified over the phone the next day

I am highly satisfied with almost everything, and satisfied with the rest.

A bit expensive and range of products for us was on the end limited to two choices
