Staff member Oliver explained very clearly the Tempur products and answered our questions to our satisfaction. We were not rushed and given plenty of time to test the different Tempur mattresses. A little dearer than we planned but we think the extra comfort will make it worth the investment.

Just a truly helpfull and pleasant experience

I was most impressed with the friendliness of the staff. As soon as my mother and I walked in we were greeted pleasantly and asked if we required assistance. Anything Ollie, the member of staff who served us was unsure of, he went to check straight away in order to give us the information about the product as quickly as possible. His colleague Katie was equally as helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

As soon as we stepped into the dreams store we where greated by a lovely woman who helped us with everything. Told us everything we need to know what price would be best for us in the long run and even helped me find out how much it would cost me a month and how much money I would have left over was such a great vist would definitely recommend to a friend and family

Friendly service, no pressure selling from salesman, had children play area, been and brought beds from this store on 3 occasions and will definitely be coming to replace my next bed soon. Easy to park and get to. Felt comfortable walking around without being hassled by salesmen.
