The experience was easy and straightforward. The sales assistant was professional and friendly. No pressure to buy. Listened to our needs and guided us in the right direction. I would recommend to my friends and family. Overall we were very happy indeed

Typcial staff in furniture stores are pushy, rude and only after the sale. In dreams we were treated like customers only offered advice when asked and met with kind genuine people form the manager down.

There was a good range, including several different beds of each type of firmness. The products were competitively priced.

I found David, dreams shop assistant, actually listened to what I required, which made a change, and he pointed me to exactly what I needed. David was very friendly and my daughter and I had quite a laugh and joke with him. David also organised a cup of tea for us while we were sorting the paperwork. All in all I, because of David, I would most definitely return to this store when I need any bedroom furniture again.

There were 3 members of the team who could have pounced on us but they gave us some time then one member of the Team, Dave came and asked if we were ok. He then advised us and let us make a choice, he again walked away to allow us to have time to think things through. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
