The sales assistant really took their time with us and we're knowledgeable about the product, friendly, welcoming and polite. We couldn't have asked for more.

The assistant was very helpful and explained choices and prices well. There were many options to choose from. A quick and efficient service as well as friendly and welcoming.

I got what I needed with a friendly but respectful service.

On the arrival in to the store it appeared that the product price has increased by £100. The staff - Natasha/Rob were very helpful with sorting this issue out and I was able to purchase the product for the lower price. The whole process of purchasing was pleasant, fast and smooth.

Within seconds of arriving in store we we're welcomed by Rob who took the time to fully understand what we were looking for. Explained all of our options regarding all aspected from, bed, mattresses, pillows etc. We sampled the Templar massage bed while having a nice cuppa. Very satisfied all round, made the visit a pleasure rather than a headache!

Service was very quick and the sale was very quick and Robert knew what he was talking about!

The 2 salesmen in the shop were very helpful. David explained everything and answered all of our questions in a very polite and professional manner. It is so nice to find someone who wants to assist you in a store without following you around, but they are there when you need questions answered.

Ollie was friendly and helpful from the start. He showed me a number of choices of new mattress and then wrote down all the details of my shortlist. the next day i returned to place an order and he executed it there and then arranging a delivery date the following Monday. Very efficient and professional. Although I chose one of the more expensive makes i feel it is worth every penny as I now have a almost perfect nights sleep!!! Many thanks. I will return! Nikki Rogers
