staff were extremely friendly and knowledgable, the level of service was excellent, we were neither hassled or bothered but there was someone available as soon as you needed them.

First of all Dreams were celebrating their 30 years with interesting discount on matresses. Oliver, who took care of us, was really patient and undertandood very well our needs. He educated us on the different type of matress which leaded to make to best choice possible. Liked the attention to detail and coffee offered by one of Oliver's colleague. The team was friendly, keeping our 3 years old busy while we were doing the paper work. Really enjoyed our experience at Dreams and will definitely recommend it!

I was able to locate very quickly the perfect bed and mattress that my wife and I were looking for, in addition the sales experience was actually very smooth with the sales assistant extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Overall very pleased with the whole process.

I was looking for a decent bed for a bargain price and I got one, however the dam headboard cost more than the bed. The sales man was very friendly and directed me straight away to what I was looking for.

Very very helpful staff, knew what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction very friendly didn't bore me with sales talk, and explained everything to me. Will defiantly recommend again. One thing I will say is music is awful I felt I was in a nursing home!! Please change it
