Dreams - Eastleigh

As we walked into store a member of staff smiled at us and welcomed us in. We went straight upstairs to have a look at the range of bed frames and she came and met us and asked if we were okay. We then went downstairs to look at the mattresses when she approached us again and went into more detail about what we were looking for and gave us her own recommendation, which was one of the mattresses which we purchased in the end. She made purchasing a bed very easy and we were happy with what we walked away with. The member of staff knew what she was talking about and was very friendly to both me and my husband. She also helped us explore all of our options when it came to purchasing the bed and put us on a payment plan which is very suitable for us. We were also happy with that our bed delivery can be extended as long as we need to as we are currently in the middle of decorating our new home and are not quite ready for the bed to be delivered. A service that I didn't know was possible but extremely happy and thankful that it is something you offer. We only came into store to have a look around but came away with a whole new bed!

Got what we wanted

When spending that amount of money you need to trust the adviser. Buying a new bed and a mattress is quite a daunting task as over the years products change so much and we need to know what we are getting for our money .Natasha was very helpful with any questions we had and did an excellent job.

Natasha the assistant was very good. friendly and did not try the hard sell which puts me off. we went in wanting a particular divan bed but she went through all the other options based on the reason we wanted that particular one and left having purchased a completely different bed.

Very friendly and helpful staff, present but not to in your face.

The staff, Natasha in particular, were very welcoming. She was very knowledgable about the products, offering lots of useful things to consider, while at the same time giving us space to think over what we wanted. She made our visit pleasurable and we didn't feel at all rushed.

Helpful friendly staff. I knew what I was interested in before entering the store and was not pushed.

I found what I was looking for quite quickly and the Colleague couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.completing the purchase was longer than expected as the computer system was slow,which was not his fault.

STORE WELL LAYED OUT EASY TO FIND WHAT I WANTED. COLLEAGUE WAS ALSO VERY HELPFULL AND WAS ALL DONE AT MY PACE

We were greeted upon arrival by a friendly member of staff who was not pushy ( a problem we had faced in different bed stores). He was polite, helpful and engaging.
