We spent over two hours yesterday with Ollie, trying different mattresses, pillows etc. he was always there to answer questions and never tried to hurry us. We had to leave due to our daughter being tired and hungry and when we came back this morning he had everything ready for us (after allowing us another 20 mins to test the pillows again). Even though we only spent £1800 we felt like the service was always personal, and the guys were all helping to keep our impatient toddler entertained.

Dave the salesman was prompt and friendly. Made us feel comfortable discussing our needs. Didn't pressure us.

David the sales guy friendly and quite knowledgeable. Met our needs.

The delivery time wasn't appropriate but the assistant did her best to accommodate it.
