All products where well presented and clearly explained in detail by Rob ( the manager ) and all aspects of purchase and delivery etc clearly explained making the purchase an easy and enjoyable experience 😀

WE WERE GREETED WHEN WE ARRIVED,SHOWN STRAIGHT TO THE BEDS WE INTERESTED IN AND THE HELP WE GOT IN CHOOSING THE RIGHT MATTRESS WAS EXCELLANT,WE WERE ALLOWED TO TRY OUT DIFFERENT TYPES AND FIRMNESS OF MATTRESS AND WERE ALLOWED THE TIME TO CHOOSE THE ONE WE WANTED,WHEN WE HAD CHOSEN WE SORTED OUT PAYMENT DETAILS QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY AND WERE SHOWN EVERY CURTSY FROM START TO FINISH.I WOULD DEFINITELY CHOOSE DREAM BEDS AGAIN.

Dave who dealt with us was one of the most friendly, upbeat & helpful salesman I've ever come across. As soon as we came in he did not hesitate in welcoming us to the store, not pressuring us however making us aware that he was there to help. When we approached him again & explained what it is we were after he showed us all the stock within our price range. He was able to tailor the package to suit our budget & made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. Even to paying for the products he continued to show a genuine interest in us & we had a good chat about similar experiences. What an asset Dave is.

Colleague was nice, my wife and daughter hsd been in the day before and the salesman recognised them straight away. Made good recommendation re duvet and pillow set pointing out saving - which we purchased.
