We had an idea of what we wanted but the salesman understood our needs and recommended the right product. He also told us that we could exchange mattress in 40 days if not satisfied - this is excellent customer service

Natasha spoke to me within a minute of entering the store. At no time was she "pushy". Natasha listened to my needs and showed me to the relevant items. I wished to purchase a bed for myself, a separate inexpensive bed for the guest room, a new good quality mattress for my daughter. I bought her bed from Dreams 6 years ago with a memory foam mattress, she finds the mattress far too hot. I have a severe balance disorder which is very disabling. I need to spend a lot of time in bed when I am having an attack. Natasha showed me the Woburn adjustable bed. She allowed plenty of time to explain the features, trying the bed for myself, ensuring that I took my time thus avoiding dizziness. Rob made us a cup of tea. We continued round the store Natasha meeting all my requirements. The highgrove bed was on special offer so very good value there. I just had to have the Tempura pillow!! The form filling does take a while but I cannot see a way that it could be improved. In any case we had a lovely time. Fantastic experience and I cannot wait for my new bed to arrive.I was made to feel a very special person. Thank you Natasha and of course Rob for the tea.
