Our experience started prior to the visit. We narrowed the choice of beds down using the website. We them phoned the store to ensure the beds were on display. As soon as we arrived we were served and everything went smoothly.

The sales colleague, Katie, was extremely helpful and took time to understand our requirements so she was able to recommend some different options for us to try. She seemed knowledgeable on the products and suitability for us.

All colleagues in the store seemed very knowledgable and passionate about the products! They were very helpful, allowed plenty of time to deal with us and answer questions, and were happy for our children to open all the drawers etc! Really great that there is play area in store, which helped.
