We were actually shopping for our existing bed we purchased from dreams a number of years ago we were looking for a headboard. When entering the store my husband seen the fantastic offer on the t.v beds. We ended up purchasing one of these as we couldn't believe what a great price they were .

Pleasant and knowledgable service without being overbearing. We were given time to ourselves without pressure to consider options, having been given plenty of information and assistance. Oliver was prepared to repeat information as many times as needed in order to help us with our choice; he was very patient.

Rob and Ollie who work at the Eastleigh branch were are great help in finding our mattress and helping us understand the process of the order. All the staff we met during our visits to the store were great, couldn't fault itand we're all very friendly.

We went in with an idea of what we wanted. Got the advice we required on the things we were unsure about, considered the options and made a decision. The sales person was good at giving us some space to talk, as there is nothing worse that the presence of someone putting pressure on customers.
