Katie the assistant understood what we were looking for and showed us a variety of options. A very pleasant, cheerful and helpful lady.

The service and attention we received from both th e Manager, Rob, and Katie were exceptional. If I was still working these would be exactly the sort of people I would wish to employ. If all your employees are like these two rivals suchas John Lewis should be concerned! I usually hate shopping but to be greeted warmly with a smile offer of a cup of tea a sales team who knew their product this was a rare but great experience. Thank you.

The saleswoman listened to us and showed us to where the products of interest were in the store. We were given good information, offered a coffee and left alone to make a decision without too much sales pressure. Good communication ref the 3 for 2 deal. Great staff!!!

Katie took time to explain the different types of Mattress to us, the bed we wanted was a store demo and she offered 30% off that bed. Was very helpful and did not pressure us at all.

Sales staff were excellent. Katie was very knowledgeable and not pushy in any way. I was offered a forces discount which was much appreciated. Ordering process, delivery tracking and actual delivery were all excellent. Superb!

We were looking for a replacement mattress as a visitor is visiting this weekend. I telephoned the store and spoke to the manageress Katie who was very helpful and explained my options. I visited the store and she explained our options and displayed good product knowledge. I tested 3 mattresses and decided to purchase. Her colleague helped me and we completed the paperwork and I was on my way back to work very quickly.

Went in after looking online and seeing a couple of bed frames that we liked and so we were hoping that they were in-store for us to try out. Both the frames that we liked were there and we decided which one we liked and spoke to Katie about purchasing it. She told us that she knew that when it comes to the refurb you are having soon this particular bed frame was going to be sold as a display one and so if we wanted the display bed for 30% off we could do so. Having checked the frame and seen that its immaculate we were extremely happy, especially being so young and buying our first bed together any money saved is a real bonus. Placing the order was very quick and painless.
