Very friendly knowledgeable staff who took the time to determine our needs and then show various options to try out, whilst detailing the merits of the different options.

We went there needing a mattress ASAP. Ollie approached us and asked what we were looking for and took the time to understand what we needed. He then took us around the store showing the options that were relevant (listening to our feedback and then moving us to the next option based on our comments). The service was first rate. He also pointed us towards additional products that we may be interested in (good up-selling there!). Exceeded expectations.

Staff were very attentive and efficient , the professional and friendly service made the buying experience easy with informed choice and knowledge from the staff meant I was completely confident with my purchase I was buying. we were offered a cup of Tea as well that was greatly appreciated . We were not pressurised into buying ,and the member of staff demonstrated the beds functions making sure my purchase was suitable for my needs. The staff at the Eastleigh branch were warm and welcoming when my husband and I entered the store; they explained the layout of the store and made us a cup of tea. The staff were always on hand to offer assistance and answer questions but they also allowed us the time and space to try out the mattresses on our own. We went to many different bed stores that day but returned and made our purchase at this store simply because of the fantastic customer service we received from Ollie and his colleague.

We received a warm welcome and very good service throughout our visit, the sales assistant listined too what we wanted and supplied us with the best products for our need.

Natasha helped myself and my two children. She was knowledgeable and friendly and we had a good experience.

From the minute we walked through the door, everyone was very friendly, you could feel straight away it was a fun atmosphere and a place you wanted to place an order at.
