Robert, the store assistant, had a good knowledge of the beds and Mattresses. He was very helpful without being overbearing or pushy.

All staff were friendly and welcoming, store was refurbished so nice and clean and tidy, did not have the 4ft bed I was looking to buy but got the next best thing

We were met as we came into the store by David and we were offered and given a tea and a coffee. David asked if he could help we explained what we were looking for he went through the different makes types of mattresses and we were left to wander round the shop trying out loads of mattresses with nobody pushing us or being annoying by following us around it was a really good experience. When we had decided what we wanted David came back to us answered our questions and we made the purchase. All in all a very professional experience
