The salesman, took no pressure sale approach which man a change from other bed stores. Asked our needs before trying to sell us a bed. Took notice of the kids nice friendly store

Ollie ws very helpful I new what I wanted so he showed us straight away. he didn't push us into anything we didn't want.

Our experience of purchasing a mattress was massively enhanced by Natasha. It's been a long time since I have received such excellent customer service and I have to say she is a real credit to your organisation. Whilst I'm sure it's not part of her job description, she looked after and entertained my 1 year old daughter while my husband and I tried various beds. Through us chatting she found out my husband was in the armed forces which meant a 10% saving on our order. Natasha really took to time to understand what we were looking for and through her friendly sales approach we were able to purchase a mattress (and 2 x tempur pillows which I wasn't expecting to buy!!)

Ollie the salesman was very pleasant and polite. He showed me various mattresses and gave me a lot of advice. He suggested that I lay on them to make sure it was suitable for me and he was very helpful.

I wanted a bed I couldn't see in store so assistant Ollie showed it on the online tv in store. It was just what i was looking for and a t a good price. He also helped with the choice of mattress and explained the 40 night option of returning the mattress if not completely satisfied. He patiently waited whilst i contacted my husband to discuss the purchase. Overall he was knowledgable and very helpful.
