The sales team were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was completed and not rushed and it felt like we were the only customers in the shop. A really nice shopping experience

We are moving from the Eastleigh area in the New Year to Lincolnshire to a new property and needed to order a bed from this location for that location and didn't realise that we could arrange it all from here so were really pleased to learn that we could and found Aleisha very helpful in sorting this out for us. We were given their undivided attention throughout, even to the point of them giving us the opportunity to visit other stores to prove in a way that their product was the best. This service brought us right back to the store for personal attention to order, rather than place our order over the phone.

Friendly helpful service

I was pointed in the direction of the type of bed I was looking for but none where taking my fancy. The shop assistant come over to point be in a different direction and I quickly found a much better suiting bed. We then went through a variety of mattresses, with the shop assistant knowing what mattress to try next if one did not suite me. She was not pushy and gave me plenty of time to try everything out.
