as soon as we walked in to the store Dave gave us assistance and gave details of the bedding we were looking at mainly mattress he explained in depth the quality of each item we looked at when he was called away Rob took over and completed the sale

- assistance was provided immediately on entering the store - friendly and genuine staff - knowledge given on chosen product - demonstration on item (ottoman option explained and given) - mattress choices run through and explained - budget and price range considered - cover plans explained and offered - not pushy - quick easy relaxed helpful sale

Very welcoming staff, gave us the information we needed to make our decisions on mattresses and gave us time and space to make that decision. Overall brilliant service!

The Salesman was very helpful. He explained that at this time of year single mattresses were in popular demand and it would be too late to place an order in time, but offered us a foam roll up mattress, when on trying out in store we felt was good value for money - and suitable for a guest bed. The salesman was pleasant and jovial.

The salesman approached me as I started to look for the section I was interested in. He found the product immediately and then invited me to try mattresses. I gave him an indication of my budget and told him of a quotation I had for a similar item from NEXT. He was able to make me an acceptable offer which I accepted.

I couldn't fault the service I was given and the help and advise
