Dream's employee Ollie was brilliant, very helpful, polite and put us at ease about spending a lot of money. He also demonstrated the products well and was very patient with us.

Rob, the store manager, was impressively knowledgeable about mattresses, he encouraged us to try out lots of mattresses to see how they differed before making a choice. He did not pressure us at all, but allowed us plenty of time to make a decision and answered all our questions. Very pleased with his approach.

We had a great salesman Oliver went out of his way to show us items and was extremely helpful and had great knowledge of the products

The service from start to finish was amazing and nothing was to much trouble for a aleisha at the Eastleigh depot

we were greeted as soon as we entered the store, asked if we need help or were we just browsing..said we were looking to buy a new bed for our daughter, we were asked what price range we were looking at and were then shown several different options with advice given on best type of mattress within our budget, no pressure at any time to buy or even buy above our budget, very relaxed but informative and helpful ..will definitely go to Dreams (Eastleigh) again.

Understood our needs for mattress, advised, not pushy, made welcome by all staff, offered drinks, no waiting around
