Staff waited until we asked for help, they were not pushy and informative.

We found what we were looking for.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive without being intrusive and displayed a good level of enjoyable banter, which also indicated a happy working environment for your staff. I would certainly re-visit the store when we next change our main bedroom bed. The store is a credit to Dreams.

Assistance given when needed but then left alone to try different mattresses out and not hassled by anyone. Good help given when we needed it.

We went in your store to buy new pillows and tried the electric massage bed with tempur mattresses.Ollie was brilliant professional and very good.
